Michael Heric is a partner in, and a senior member of, Bain’s Technology & Cloud Services practice. He also leads their Corporate Support solution in the global Performance Improvement practice. Michael has worked with leading providers across the technology ecosystem, particularly IT hardware, software, and services. He has led engagements across strategy, performance improvement, M&A, and organization. He is one of the leaders in developing Bain’s point of view on cloud computing and leads Bain’s automation capabilities globally.
