Linda Aiello is the executive vice president of employee success business partners at Salesforce where she leads a global team dedicated to advancing business objectives by providing HR support and counsel to specific functions throughout the company.

Linda has held leadership positions at Salesforce since she joined in 2016. Most recently, she led International Employee Success overseeing employee recruitment, benefits, and engagement programs for Salesforce’s workforce outside the US. Under Linda’s leadership, Salesforce earned recognition as a Great Place to Work in global markets, including the UK, Germany, Canada, and Japan.

Prior to joining Salesforce, Linda led human resources and recruiting in EMEA for Uber. With nearly 20 years of experience, she has also managed resources and development at leading fashion brands including LVMH Fashion Group, Jimmy Choo, and Bruno Magli.

Linda has a deep passion for driving equality and wellbeing in the workplace.
