Brief Biography
Michele Willis leads a team of world-class production support, engineering, program management and infrastructure professionals, responsible for the customer experience for 80MM+ Chase customers and for enabling software engineers to optimize their use of platforms and infrastructure. She oversees site reliability engineering, public cloud enablement, production management and mission control. She also leads platform operations and programs across the Consumer & Community Bank (CCB).
In her prior role, Michele was CTO of CCB Digital Connectivity Services. She was responsible for customer authentication and aggregation engineering, and technologies that provided hands-on engineering support for digital teams. Earlier in her career, Michele established and led the CCB production management organization, accountable for maintaining the production environment for all Chase businesses. She’s also served as CTO of Auto Finance Technology and CTO of Global Finance Technology.
Michele co-founded the Women on the Move in Technology community and continues to advocate for women in technology. She also helped establish the CCB Technology Career and Skills Council in 2020 and served as the co-lead for the Manhattan Technology Center from 2019 - 2021.
Michele joined JP Morgan Chase in 2003. She resides in Montclair, NJ with her husband and two daughters.
