Automation and machine learning will radically change the recruitment process, enabling employers to find the most appropriate candidates for a job opening more efficiently than traditional headhunting. AI has the potential to give people opportunity and agency and eliminate barriers for underserved talent to accessing quality jobs. We explore the combination of AI screening and human judgement that can uncover the ideal candidate traditional recruiting methods might otherwise miss.
