Stefanie Tignor is the Head of Data Science and Insights at Humu. Stefanie's team uses data to model how humans can thrive at work and predict and recommend the highest impact levers for change in a given unique organizational context.

Prior to Humu, Stefanie was a professor at Northeastern University in Boston. There, she conducted and published original research on how technology and data science can be leveraged to better understand personality and well-being, and taught courses in consumer psychology. Stefanie has also conducted data science research on personality and well-being for Google and the Global Corporate Challenge (now Virgin Pulse). Her research has been published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, the Journal of Personality, and Personality and Individual Differences.
