Brief Biography
Jeanne Ross conducts research that targets the challenges of senior level executives at CISR's nearly 100 global sponsor companies. She is best known for her work around enterprise architecture, which is described in her award-winning book "Enterprise Architecture as Strategy: Creating a Foundation for Business Execution" (Harvard Business School Press, 2006). Her newest book, "Designed for Digital: How to Architect your Business for Sustained Success," explores how companies can formulate and execute business strategies inspired by the capabilities of digital technologies. That book was recently listed by Forbes Magazine as one of the top ten technology books for 2019. Jeanne is a regular contributor to Sloan Management Review and has published in Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, and a variety of other academic and practitioner publications. She is cofounder and former editor in chief of MIS Quarterly Executive.
