Brief Biography
Faith Taylor is the Global Sustainability and ESG Officer at Kyndryl, the world’s largest IT infrastructure company. Operating in over 60 countries, Kyndryl has 80,000 employees with over $16B in revenue and serves thousands of customers. When Kyndryl spun-off from IBM in 2021, Faith rapidly built a program in the first 18 months, working in partnership with the company’s global teams, CEO, executive leadership and Board of Directors to ensure that purpose was built into every aspect of the new company's foundation.

While many new companies would deprioritize sustainability until they have achieved profitability, Kyndryl and Faith embraced it from the start. Under her direction, the company set its 2040 net zero greenhouse gas emissions target with near-term 2030 emission reduction targets, currently under validation by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). Faith also led the publication of Kyndryl’s first Corporate Citizenship Report, aligned with GRI, GHG Protocol, TCFD, CDP, UN SDGs and SASB, to meet multi-stakeholder requirements. Additionally, Faith works in partnership with teams across the organization to build out Kyndryl’s sustainability and ESG offerings for customers.

Prior to Kyndryl, Faith was the Global Environmental Social Governance (ESG) leader at Tesla, where she worked with its Board of Directors, investors and leadership teams to develop its strategies, structures and targets. Before joining Tesla, she served as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Social Responsibility and Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) of Wyndham Worldwide from 2005 to 2018. Business Chief and Sustainability magazines have ranked Faith in the Top 100 Women in Sustainability lists for many years.
