Brief Biography
Erin King is the Chief Information Officer for JPMorgan Chase’s Commercial Banking division, an $11.5 billion business that provides credit and financing, treasury and payment services, international banking, and real estate services to its clients across the globe. Clients include corporations, municipalities, institutions, non-profit organizations, and real estate investors and owners.

Erin’s passion for technology and finding solutions to solve business problems started early on and has paved her career path. Erin joined JPMorgan Chase in 2020 as the Chief Technology Officer for the Commercial Bank’s Wholesale Loans Technology group. In this role, she was responsible for the platforms that support the end-to-end lifecycle of the firm’s Wholesale Lending business. She was promoted to CIO for Commercial Banking in 2022.

Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Erin served in senior leadership roles in technology at Wells Fargo and GE Capital. She spent her early career working with clients including Apple, Ricoh, and Bobcat.

Erin earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia College & State University. She calls Georgia home, and in her spare time, enjoys vacationing on the lake with her husband and two children.
