Ryan Davis launched his career in digital politics with Gov. Howard Dean's 2004 web team. Since then, he has contributed to over 100 campaigns, ranging from city council to presidential races. Ryan was instrumental in establishing the social media team at Blue State, a renowned progressive digital agency, as its founding Social Media Director. He later co-founded People First, serving as its COO. This agency is a leader in political influencer engagement. Recently, Ryan has been nurturing a new venture, 538Design.Ai. Incubated through Higher Ground Labs' AI Lab, this startup is dedicated to bringing generative AI design technology to Democratic campaigns of all sizes. Recognized multiple times by the American Association of Political Consultants and Campaigns & Elections, Ryan has also delivered hundreds of talks on digital politics at prestigious forums, including Harvard's Kennedy School, St. Anselm's Institute of Politics, and the Rockefeller Foundation.
