Kyle Forrest is the Chief Marketing Officer for US Human Capital Consulting, responsible for identifying emerging trends for our clients and developing research-backed eminence. Kyle’s approach in this role is grounded in ~16 years of client service on the breadth & depth of human-related aspects of transformations and mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. For the last 8 years, Kyle has also led the Next Generation CHRO Academy at Deloitte, providing a forum for aspiring CHROs to network and develop on their journey to the C-Suite. Outside of work, Kyle enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters exploring the outdoors, navigating an array of kid’s activities, and reading.
