As a Senior Lecturer with the MIT Sloan School of Management, he conducts research on digital transformation and innovation culture.
As Principal Research Scientist for Workforce Learning in MIT’s Jameel World Education Lab, he works with Chief Learning Officers, educators, and non-profit executives to transform the way workers get the skills they need to thrive. George regularly conducts keynote presentations, senior executive workshops, and Board presentations around the world.
