Caris Moses is a PhD student at MIT working in the Learning and Intelligent Systems Group within the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Lab (CSAIL) with Professors Tomás Lozano-Pérez and Leslie Pack Kaelbling. She works at the intersection of robotics and artificial intelligence, developing robots that have the ability to reason about low-level physics while trying to accomplish manipulation tasks. She's also passionate about mentoring the next generation of engineers to ensure that the field looks different than it does now.
