Dave is ultimately responsible for the quality and the value of the products and services Publicis Sapient provides and for setting the strategic direction for the financial services team. Dave has Bachelors and Masters of Engineering degrees from MIT, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, served as Chair of the FS Forums Retail Baking Sub-Committee, is a recent graduate of the INSEAD AMP Program, and has held positions at the European Financial Management Association. Clive has a proven track record of leading strategic, transformational, and change program as well as international operational functions.

Sovan Shatpathy is the Chief Technology Officer of Navy Federal’s Information Technology Group, leading Navy Federal’s digital transformation of Technology Strategy & Architecture, Core Banking, Real Estate Lending, Consumer Lending, Credit Cards, Savings & Membership, Cloud and Platform Engineering, Enterprise Data, and Corporate Systems & Employee Shared Services. Prior to Navy Federal Credit Union, Sovan was the CTO at Amtrak after a decade at Cisco, where he played various executive leadership roles. During his early career, he held senior leadership roles within Fortune 500 organizations, including Fujitsu, Oracle, 3M, and Cognizant. Sovan earned his bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology and his MBA from Symbiosis International University, where he specialized in Management Information Systems.
